Yes.
Credits accepted for transfer by AMU must have been earned at a post-secondary institution accredited or pre-accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education. Credits accepted for transfer by AMU must be based on an official transcript received by the institution.In considering the acceptance of education and training obtained in foreign countries, credits earned at a foreign educational institution must be validated by a recognized education credentials evaluation service.

Yes.
For Federal Student Aid (FSA), eligible students can borrow the Direct Unsubsidized Loan up to $20,500 each Award Year (SU/FA/WI/SP) with at least full time (12 units) enrollment each quarter given that the borrower has not exceeded the Aggregate Loan Limit $100,000 and Lifetime Loan Limit $257,500.The disbursement amounts are subjected to Schedule of Reductions based on actual enrollments, directly prorated to full time enrollment.
